I have bought every car for the last 10 years from Riata Ford, no matter where I live. I moved out of the Austin/Manor area and I don't regret driving 70 miles to return to this dealership. They always take care of me and help me find a better car than the original one I inquired about (yes, they're salespeople and they always get me driving in a better car, but I LOVE it). I called ahead to schedule my test drive. I was interested in an SUV that looked elegant and spacious within my price range. When I arrived onsite, Kevin didn't hesitate to show me something even better, but still within the same class as the vehicle that I was interested in. He showed me an SUV with bells and whistles that I didn't know existed that had everything I wanted and more for only $1,000 more. I was sold the second I sat in the SUV. The newer, better vehicle was reduced by several thousand dollars below market value because of a special. I just test-drove the other one just to see if it would wow me as much as the Hyundai, Tuscon did. Nope. My sales associate Will helped me get everything signed and I drove out of the lot happy and in love. More

I want this to be as accurate as possible so let's start at the beginning. I created a reservation for my Bronco through Ford website like so many others and got an email to wait for the dealership to reach at the beginning. I waited a month without hearing anything so one weekend I drove down to the dealership and talked to Kevin Wood. He said he would have Jason who at the time was their order guy reach out to me. Which I have to say crushed me because he never called my order never got placed. It wasn't until Jeff return my call and made everything right. He helped create and place my order making my reservation a reality which at the time made me like a child getting a Christmas present with all the butterflies and excitement. He was there for all my questions and helped with making the alterations as I was trying to get my perfect Bronco Badlands. He was kind reassuring and patient. As time progressed and my order was still delayed, I ended up making one final change at this time Jeff got a promotion and that is when I met Josh who took over for the ordering/change of vehicles. Josh was also great just like Jeff, he made the final change to my order which by luck it kicked it up in being issued a Vin# and in line to be built. Which shocked me and gave me all the emotions. This was my first new vehicle and the biggest purchase/investment I have ever made. I can honestly as of right now I don't regret it. Once got the email that my Badland was shipping I called the dealership and asked about the time frame of when my vehicle would be delivered once that time frame came I waited for a call that didn't come part of that was they forgot to update my phone number as I asked, but I ended calling them and sure enough, it was there. This is when I met Cameron he help with finalizing the sale and got me with Ryan to get the paperwork I needed for my bank to make my purchase final. Both Camron and Ryan were great too, Nice to deal with and both answered my additional questions and concerns. Overall my experience was good once they got the right team in place. If and when I am ready to make another purchase I will come back to Riata Ford, but for now I plan to keep my badlands for a long time. Thank you to everyone that I worked with it was a pleasure. As you can see I have let a significant amount of time pass and am still compelled to share a review. The team is amazing, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I interacted with so many individuals throughout this process and all of them, from Riata Ford, were great. I must thank you all for being so nice and a dealership true to their words. I could not have asked for a better experience in my first new vehicle purchase, prior to this purchase, I only bought used cars. I went in wanting to find everyone that was associated with this purchase to say "thank you", they instead, came out and found me. If I had only two words to describe my experience at Riata Ford, they would above and beyond. I placed an order for my car knowing there would be a wait. I called periodically to check the status of my Riata Ford, they would above and beyond. I placed an order for my car knowing there would be a wait. I called periodically to check the status of my order and every time Henry Smith was more than happy to help get me whatever information I asked for. Joshua Esparza called me to let me know my car was delivered and setup a time for me to come in. Joshua and Jeff Ledesma helped me understand any extra packages I may want to add and did an amazing job working with me to make sure I stayed in my budget. Joshua walked me around the car and explained how the controls and features worked. You guys are Allstars! I look forward to being a repeat customer. More

The team at Riata Ford (Joshua Esparza - Sales, Kevin Wood - GM) were outstanding. From placing and confirming the order for my 2022 Ford Bronco, to delivery and follow-up care, I could not have asked fo Wood - GM) were outstanding. From placing and confirming the order for my 2022 Ford Bronco, to delivery and follow-up care, I could not have asked for a more professional, accommodating, or honest experience. My transaction at Riata Ford was zero-pressure, and they worked with me to beat my expectations for my trade in offer, while honoring MSRP on the Bronco I purchased. Jeff in Finance was great, and unlike many other dealers I've bought from, did not attempt to use doomsday scenarios to frighten me into purchasing additional plans I didn't need. I'd like to extend special thanks to Joshua Esparza, the salesman who helped me to place my order, and kept in contact throughout the entire journey. Even though he must have been under incredible strain with the sheer number of Bronco and Maverick orders his dealership handles, he was nothing but calm, kind, and responsive about what he knew, what couldn't be known, and setting my expectations realistically as far as delivery. Luckily, my order arrived earlier than either of us anticipated, and he and his team examined my Bronco upon delivery. There was some transport damage to the driver side mirror and the electronics within, which he replaced within 3 days. Since I completed the purchase after sundown, I didn't see some paint chips until the following day, which he and Kevin agreed to have fixed - no problem, no fuss. The day I arrived to pick up my new Bronco, I came prepared with financing from a credit union, as well as a cashier's check for the down payment. Kevin beat my credit union's interest rate, which was already quite low (825+ credit scores across the board), and made Ford Credit the most attractive option financially. All three of the team who helped me out with my purchase stayed late to ensure the transaction wrapped up smoothly, that I got to know my new vehicle, and was happy as could be driving off that lot.
