Buying a new vehicle can be a very frustrating experience. We visited several dealers in the Pensacola area and were not overjoyed with the tactics used to back up the numbers presented. We were looking for a specific type of automobile to replace our Toyota Venza. After a few days of searching we decided to return to the outstanding salesperson at Pete Moore Chevrolet with whom we had done business before and look at what the Equinox LTZ had to offer as compared to the Cadillac SRX and Highlander, Jeff Lee was, as usual, well equipped to present the vehicle. We had many questions, some very technical, and Jeff had an understandable answer for all. Jeff Lee is an excellent sales consultant who knows his product line, very courteous, no high pressure and is a pleasure to deal with. We plan to visit the dealership again within the next couple of months with the intention replacing our 2010 Silverado with a 2014 Silverado. Jeff is aware of this and we expect nothing but the best and I'm sure that will be the case. Over the last 12 years we have purchased 5 vehicles from Pete Moore, during that time Jeff was our sales consultant for 7 of those years and we have made many referrals recommending Pete Moore Chevrolet and specifically Jeff Lee. Jeff Lee and other Pete Moore employees made shopping for a full-sized van a pleasant experience. This is the third vehicle that Mr. Lee has sold me. My first experience with Jeff was in 2002 when I was buying a truck and the salesperson was not listening to me as what I was looking for, so I left tha first experience with Jeff was in 2002 when I was buying a truck and the salesperson was not listening to me as what I was looking for, so I left that dealership and went to another where I encountered Mr. Lee. He listened to my needs and wants and met my desires and sold me a 2002 Silverado. I had the same experience again in 2006, therefore I went to where Jeff worked and he sold me our first SUV. This experience of purchasing my 2014 Silverado was probably the best experience ever. Spent less than three hours at the dealership and was very pleased with the purchase. They pointed out rebates that I was unaware of so that I could get the best price possible. The whole team at Pete Moore Chevrolet was pleasant, friendly, and courteous. If anyone considering buying a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Jeff Lee, at Pete Moore Chevrolet, before making a final deal at another dealership. More

Drove onto this dealership to find one car, but saw a great deal for a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze that I couldn't pass up. When I came back later that afternoon, I learned the special price sticker was on the great deal for a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze that I couldn't pass up. When I came back later that afternoon, I learned the special price sticker was on the wrong car, but nevertheless, Pete Moore Chevrolet did not turn me away with a quick apology, but honored the car for an amazing price, and made the process swift and painless to drive away that day. Jeff Lee was honest and down to earth for the entire ordeal, explained all the small details, and made my first vehicle purchase a great one. More

We came in "just to look" at the 2013 Volt. We didn't even bring our trade-in vehicle so we wouldn't be tempted to buy on the spot. What do you think happened? We bought on the spot. Our salesman, Jeff Lee, did a great job explaining the car's considerable attributes, and there was absolutely no pressure put on us. Negotiations were pleasant, and they gave us a great deal! We drove away in our new car, two very satisfied customers. Buying a car isn't supposed to be this much fun, is it? More

I just bought a 2013 Sonic with Pete Mitsch and Don the finance guy and then returned with my husband and he bought a 2013 Silverado work truck. Great service . I feel like everyone should know about the experience Tim and I had at Pete Moore Chevrolet. We pulled up and were greeted right away by the amazing Jeff Lee. Jeff, showed us exactly what we were looking for and I had at Pete Moore Chevrolet. We pulled up and were greeted right away by the amazing Jeff Lee. Jeff, showed us exactly what we were looking for: the Sonic. Jeff was extremely patient with us, and the whole process didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. All the guys were completely cool when Tim and I needed to walk away and think things over. We thought fast and ended up coming back right before closing time to purchase (yup, we were those annoying people). The guys took their time, stayed late for us, and we never felt rushed. Because we came back late in the day to buy, my car had to be detailed in the morning. While I was waiting, Jeff took me around, introduced me to everyone I may need and showed me around the dealership. If you are thinking about buying a new car and need time to think.. Go see Jeff.
