You went out of your way to see that the vehicle I ultimately purchased would meet our needs. I have passed on this experience to others and will continue to recommend you to others. How satisfying it is to have found a dealership with ethics. This is also a letter stating how much of a tremendous job your service department/parts department did. They answered all our questions thoroughly and were patient to when it came time for payment. They treated my wife and I very well and they themselves were polite even though they were busy. Finally, I am the world's biggest skeptic and my first thought was, 'Okay, what's the catch?' Either that or this was just another way to get me in the door to a dealership where I'd lose my shirt trying to buy a newer car for our family. Well, I was dead wrong and I couldn't be more thrilled that I gave it a shot despite my initial reservations. I will NEVER buy another car any other way.
