I didn’t want to shop for a used vehicle in Toledo (too much salt!) because I live in Florida and it was freak’n cold during the Polar Vortex. My wife talked me into pulling in to Kistler Ford. I found a perfect F150 with everything I wanted in a truck. Now to deal with a dreaded used car salesman. I was completely wrong! I walked into the dealership with trepidation...instead I met a new friend! Jeff M. was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly; not pushy. He never once said “what’s it going to take for you to buy this truck?” I had some unusual requirements: I needed Kistler Ford to title, register, pay Florida sales tax, and wait a week for me to return with my trade in. Kistler Ford was able to accommodate all my needs and kept me apprised of their progress throughout the process. Everyone at the dealership was awesome! They have a customer for life! I highly recommend Kistler Ford to anyone wanting a low stress friendly experience purchasing a vehicle! More

Good buying experience Things started slowly as they weren’t ready for us when we arrived as we were told they would be but once Jeff got started, he took great care of us. Things started slowly as they weren’t ready for us when we arrived as we were told they would be but once Jeff got started, he took great care of us. We told them we did our research & didn’t want to play any games and we didn’t. There were no games of back and forth. Once we had the vehicle picked out that we wanted & they checked out the vehicle we were trading in, they gave us the initial numbers. We countered with what we wanted, they did their calculations and we were able to do the deal. It was also nice that we weren’t at the dealership all day. The total time we were at the dealership from beginning to end was 3 1/2 hours. It was a very pleasant buying experience and we would recommend them to anyone. More
