That being said, Jeff I must start by saying two things, I am an extremely analytical purchaser who is also a sales professional and I am a "car guy". That being said, Jeff McDowell and his team at MB of Westminster made making the switch from trucks to cars seamless. Jeff is a true professional, an individual with patience who is willing to explain and re-explain even months after purchasing a car. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff and on both occasions never had to play the "negotiate and wait" game that you typically have to deal with through the car buying process. Jeff took the time to understand both my needs and my wants, he understood where I was willing to be financially and did not try to stray from this. He is an honest sales professional and his team will have my business for years to come. I sat down with Jeff a year after my first purchase, the first lease of my life as I still did not quite understand and he took an hour and half out of his day to be sure that I understood every aspect of the lease and what options I have from this point forward. Jeff and his team were very accommodating to our schedule. They even came 25 minutes to OUR house to appraise our trade in. They got all the paperwork ready prior to us coming in and we were out under two hours. We have two small children that had a wonderful time there as well. They were given juice and milk as well as teddy bears. They also enjoyed looking at and going inside the smart car located next to Jeff's' desk. More
