They were very professional! I had an issue with a “rattling noise” after I picked my jeep up. I went right back. The service technician offered to have someone ride with me. Recently purchased my second vehicle with Southern. The Greenbrier VW location lacks professionalism and character. First service was a tire plug, all that was serviced was that one tire and it wasn’t pumped to the correct PSI, the remaining tire pressures were still reading low. ( I had to personally service my vehicle) Secondly, Scheduled service wasn’t able to be performed on Monday due to no loaner vehicle available ( I was told there was a loaner vehicle over the phone, scheduled a week and half prior) Was told loaner vehicle was at another location and would receive call when ready… it is now Three days later still no call!
