As we, buyers know, that car buying process is painful. It got worse during worldwide pandemic. But this is not a case with Liberty Subaru. I called Mr. Jeff Miletta. Dan Cohen (the Sales Manager) has always given us bottom-line pricing without needing to negotiate. No tack-on fees EVER. Our Sales consultant for the Ascent, Jeff Miletta, could not have been more pleasant and professional. From introduction to delivery, Jeff answered all of our questions with a commanding knowledge of his product. He was extremely thorough upon delivery, explaining all aspects of our new Ascent’s operations. New cars are pretty complex and Jeff certainly touched all bases. We have always had our Subarus maintained at Liberty and have the same level of confidence in their Service Department. This will continue with our new Ascent. Again, we are loyal customers of Liberty Subaru, and for good reason. In all aspects, we really don’t feel another dealership could do better. More
