This was a noticeable improvement over several other dealerships I had visited recently. The car I saw on their website was exactly as advertised, presented clean—and the test drive went smoothly. Negotiations with Alexander F. and his manager, Jeff M., were courteous and professional, and we worked through several meetings to agree on a fair price. After we finalized the numbers and moved into the paperwork, an unexpected issue with the payment arose. Brandon G., their new Finance Manager, handled the situation quickly and professionally. Afterward, Alex made a few final adjustments to the GTI based on my last-minute change of mind and took the time to explain the vehicle’s computer features, even though it isn’t a model from his franchise. I wish my experiences over the last 7 years were as positive as others. The service contacts - Rena, Tristan, Jacob were great but the others in that room do not acknowledge you as if you are invisibl positive as others. The salespeople are arrogant and condescending, could be because I am a woman. When I scheduled and appointment for service, they offered me a complimentary ride to my home in the next town. When i got there, they said they had no ride available while doing service. Best of luck to everybody else. More
