I have bought three vehicles from James Woods, in the recent past. Every time I do so, I leave their location thankful, that I do business with them, they make it easy, they make it enjoyable to do busin recent past. Tyler Mayfield and Jeff Morris are very thorough, leave no stone unturned, tell it like it is and I know the representation of the firm is just as high quality as the product they sell. We are very happy with our new Buick, and when you know that the car one has exactly what the wife wants, it just feels great. And who knows, every now and then, the wife will let me drive the car. Its advancement in technology, is eons ahead of our old Enclave and the car is definitely the best and nicest vehicle we have ever owned. I'm totally happy with my recent purchase of a new truck from James Wood Motors. I worked with Jeff Morris mostly online with the entire purchase process. I contacted the dealership by email and was almost from James Wood Motors. I worked with Jeff Morris mostly online with the entire purchase process. I contacted the dealership by email and was almost immediately contacted by Jeff Morris. I gave him details on what model truck I was looking for and I had some very specific options I wanted on my new truck. Jeff was quickly able to find a truck with my requirements. He then gave me an estimate for my trade-in vechicle with a fair price. Jeff got my new truck ready and prepared the paperwork with the agreed pricing. I drove 3 hours to pick up the vehicle and sign the financial paperwork. Everything was exactly like I expected and the experience was fantastic. Ruben was our financial agent and he was a pleasure to work with. If I'm ever in the market for a new truck James Wood Motors will get my business. I can recommend them without hesitation. More
