Very poor customer service. Treats customers like we are nothing more than a paycheck. Sold me a car that is fairly new, but has a ton of issues, for full price. Didn’t even disclose the issues of the car, found them when I got home. Refuse to assist me with anything concerning the new purchase, even though it was just over a month ago. The car they sold me should’ve never left their lot as is, or at least not for the price they sold it to me. Pretended to lower the price, but instead extended the months and made me pay more. I gave them a price range I could afford and they didn’t even try to come close. When they detailed the car upon purchase, they didn’t. It was disgusting and not clean. The managers refuse to speak to me. I am disappointed with the entire experience and with my purchase. I refuse to give them my business again. More
