I was surprised how quick and smooth everything went. When I arrived at the dealership to finalize the deal Scott goodmanson had both vehicles I was interested in parked out front all warmed up. I was able to test drive both I made my decision we went back inside went over a few things I had questions about then I went to financing he explained payments warranty etc. I signed many forms and I was on my way. Scott had my car parked inside ready for me to drive out. I was really impressed with everyone and the car dealership was very nice thanks to everyone who helped me make this a pleasant experience. More

I must have called him a dozen times in one week because I was on the fence about going all the way to Buffalo. However I'm glad I did. Everyone was helpful, from financing to accessories. Everything was explained clearly with NO PRESSURE to add anything to our vehicle. We added cruise control and automatic start, but we went in knowing ahead of time that we were going to do it, I will shop there again for our next vehicle and will recommend them to friends. I also saved on my taxes because their county tax is 1% cheaper. More
