However, when I called back with a question, I left four phone calls over two days before he returned my call on the day after my initial call. In one of those calls, the phone receptionist told me she would go personally deliver my phone message to him. I expected better service from him than I got. When he did get in touch with me, he said he was off part of the day and running between the two dealerships the rest of the time. He did give me his cell phone number to contact him directly if I had any further questions and he apologized for not returning my call more promptly. More
