When it came time for a new car in 2009 Ryan was the only dealership we considered and this week when we decided to trade Ryan of course was our destination. Excited with new purchase! My initial contact was with Jeff Nelson, however I wasn't able to come in until later in the evening, so Jeff scheduled me to meet with Jake Jacobso My initial contact was with Jeff Nelson, however I wasn't able to come in until later in the evening, so Jeff scheduled me to meet with Jake Jacobson. The car I was interested in was ready for me to take for a test drive and when done Jake was able to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle. Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable and was never "pushy." A couple of days later I was the owner of a Chevy Equinox. The experience we had at Ryan Auto Mall was great. We were looking at a few different dealerships that had the vehicle we wanted and enjoyed the experience with Jeff Nelson over other dealerships. Jeff were looking at a few different dealerships that had the vehicle we wanted and enjoyed the experience with Jeff Nelson over other dealerships. Jeff was knowledgeable and answered questions, was not pushy, and gave use the time to discuss the decision off-site. As for the dealership, they made sure the car was clean and well presented. They took time to show us all they had to offer but did not push any accessories or add-on. We appreciated this approach verses the "what will it take to get the deal done now" approach. Price was a factor and they offered pricing in line with others we were looking at. However, because we were working off internet pricing there was not much room to lower the purchase price or add value to our potential trade. Overall great experience and we will look to work with Jeff and Ryan Auto Mall when future vehicle needs arise. More
