Absolute worst dealership I've ever dealt with from the time I signed the papers. Jeff Pankey is the most unprofessional worthless finance manager that somehow still has a job. Lies, makes errors that cost time I signed the papers. Jeff Pankey is the most unprofessional worthless finance manager that somehow still has a job. Lies, makes errors that cost you your credit score, denies he made the mistake though you have proof, never returns phone calls or emails and certainly doesn't honor his word. Still hasn't cancelled my gap insurance over 2 months after I signed the papers to cancel. "I do apologize for that " will only get you so far when you continue to do the same things Jeff. The service department is the REAL problem and the cause for the vehicle to be repurchased by Chrysler. The repurchase is because they don't know how to fix anything so the vehicle sits in the shop until they actually figure it out. It spent over 30 days in service for a pinched wire that they themselves pinched in the previous trip where it stayed for over 30 days. The first 30+ days was also their fault. Fender flare replacement was atrocious. AC repair left my leather bubbled everywhere with no effort made by then to do anything about it. They don't respect your vehicle enough to even cover the seat to keep grease from getting on it. The car returned with dents in the hood, small but noticeable. Vernon, the service manager, is clueless but he did atleast return a phone call. That's more than I can say about any one of the managers or owner. I see many other bad reviews here as of late so buyer beware. I wouldn't trust them with an oil change at this point. More

Devan Hayes was my salesmen. He is good at his job. Listening to what you are saying about what you are looking for in an auto and asking questions.
