From the entry of the dealership JP greeted us. I was not there to buy a car however, JP made my 22 year old daughters first time financing a car on her own, no co-signer, no down payment. He(JP) was patient and even speaking to her at times (fatherly like) but still professional. I as a mom am eternally grateful for his knowledge on car buying experience and Napleton River Oaks Lansing for hiring him, and for making her experience amazing.
