Excellent Experience I received excellent service from both Jeff Robinson and Royan Morris. This is my first time owning a BMW, and based on the deal I received and their I received excellent service from both Jeff Robinson and Royan Morris. This is my first time owning a BMW, and based on the deal I received and their combined service, I may never own a different brand. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle (Certified Used), but had initial concerns about the sales staff. Any and all doubts were put to rest! More

Nicely Done!! Friendly service. Getting the paperwork for the financing was very slow. Royan told me having computer problems plus he was helping one of the other Friendly service. Overexceeded My expectations! My second engagement with BMW Cinci North led to a purchase. I knew what I wanted and the sales team was very responsive in all communication (initial My second engagement with BMW Cinci North led to a purchase. I knew what I wanted and the sales team was very responsive in all communication (initially mail and phone before visit). Explained my expectations and they reacted accordingly and the car was ready as promised when I came to test drive it. We had worked out all details upfront, including paperwork. So my purchase experience took less than two hrs, from arriving and test driving until driving out from the lot with the keys in my hand! Very customer and service oriented! Strongly recommend the dealership and will come back again even though I don’t live in the area. So far, the after sale experience has been very positive too! Thank you. More
