Jeff was excellent. He was very thorough about reviewing the health of my car currently and asked about the previous service history. All questions we answered and he seemed knowledgeable about the Acura products, which is surprisingly uncommon at car dealerships. The service took longer than the 40 minutes I was told it would take on the phone by Priscilla the day prior to my visit, but Jeff took the time to inspect my car thoroughly and I got a wash at the end of the service which was a nice touch. Despite MV Acura not being closest to me, I will keep returning for service here as you have always gone the extra mile to take care of me and my MDX despite you not being the dealer that sold me the car. The location is good. The services from Jeff is great. He is very warm hearted and worked late for me. Because I had to pick my car after the close time.
