No over selling or pressure and once we agreed on the deal terms they made the actual sales process painless. I would highly recommend Jeff Sawick ( Audi Brand Specialist ) as he was knowledgeable and did all I could of expected in the process and the actual delivery of the vehicle. I worked with Jeff Sawick and he was a very professional sales rep who did I great job explaining all of our options regarding new vs. buying a 2015 loaner. Jeff very patiently explained all the controls which seem more user friendly than some I have seen on other makes. I hate buying cars but this was made easy by Jeff and his associates. More
