He knowledgable answered our questions on the Navigation features as well as all other aspects of the vehicle. Quite honestly, this is the first time that I have ever taken the time to provide feedback on a dealership experience. In the case of Audi of Naples, Jeff Sawick our certified Audi sales consultant delivered a buying experience that was by far the best I have ever experienced. I dare say that he helped to make buying a car enjoyable. Jeff is professional & courteous, as well as, knowledgable and most importantly offered my wife and I his personal support throughout the entire process of selection, test drive and delivery. He was very generous with the time spent helping us learn the operation of our A5 Cabriolet. Throughout the experience he was patient, humorous and a delight to do business with. He left us with the confidence that he will continue to offer the same level of support after the sale as well. If you are interested in driving an Audi......give Jeff a call. You'll be glad you did ! On a separate note, we also enjoyed working with John Joseph, Finance Manager at Audi of Naples. John was efficient in working through all the paperwork, and took the time to thoroughly explain what we were signing and why. He even gave us a personal tour of the their facility with a chance to admire the many custom painted car hoods that the dealership has collected over the years. Once again, a delightful person to do business with. It's obvious that management has created a culture here that places a lot of emphasis on the customer which is quite welcome in an industry that doesn't always measure up.......Kudos to Audi of Naples. More

This will mark the second Audi I've bought from Jeff Sawick at Audi Naples. Jeff's knowledge of the car is exceptional. Performance capabilities, internal technology, etc. These high end cars are extrem Sawick at Audi Naples. Jeff's knowledge of the car is exceptional. Performance capabilities, internal technology, etc. These high end cars are extremely complex and Jeff is able to explain everything in great detail. The team effort at the dealership to deal with my sale was impressive. Jeff, the general manager and the sales manager dealt with me debating over which car to buy for months - something most dealerships would not have had the patience for. The team brought high level expertise on comparing Audi to other luxury car manufacturers and ultimately closed the deal with an attractive price relative to market. More
