I am not one to post reviews; however, my experience with Audi Naples was nothing short of incredible. Here's the story: I live in San Antonio, TX. My wife and I were going to purchase an A8 from a loc Audi Naples was nothing short of incredible. Here's the story: I live in San Antonio, TX. My wife and I were going to purchase an A8 from a local dealership but they did not have the color my wife wanted (district green). The local dealership, however, was offering an exceptional deal that was going to expire on 2/29/24. I searched online and found that there were six district green Audi A8s in the country. One was at Audi Naples (Florida). On 2/26/24 at 9 PM, I emailed the dealership and explained the situation and said if they could accept our trade (GLS Benz) and match the price of the A8 in San Antonio, we would love to buy the A8 from them. I honestly wasn't expecting any response bc it seemed like a complicated situation (out-of-state trade and sale, etc). One hour later, I received an email from the GM Thilo Schwill stating they would be glad to do the deal and match the offer. Less than twelve hours after that, Jeff Sawick from the dealership reached out to me and coordinated all of the details flawlessly. Jeff and Thilo were nothing short of exceptional. They were both pure class and professionalism (and absolutely no bullsh*t). Nikolas from finance then completed the purchase side of things in a short 15 minute phone call. He, likewise, was outstanding. As if I hadn't already asked them for enough, I told Jeff that our family of five was planning to go on a road trip for Spring Break and would love to get the A8 in time. Jeff literally made things move in light speed. He had our Benz picked up yesterday evening and had the Audi A8 sent to Texas today. I will absolutely purchase all future Audis from this dealership despite living in Texas. If you are looking for an Audi, no matter where you live, please reach out to Jeff Sawick. No Audi dealership in the country can match this level of service. In fact, no luxury car dealership in the country can match this level of service. Jeff, Thilo, Nikolas, thanks SOOOO much! More

The order for my RS6 Avant went very smoothly and it arrived at the Jacksonville port two months ahead of schedule. Snags developed at port where the vehicle was in limbo and not released to the carrie arrived at the Jacksonville port two months ahead of schedule. Snags developed at port where the vehicle was in limbo and not released to the carrier for 3+ weeks after which the transporter delivered it to Naples with damages to one wheel and two tires. The folks at Audi Naples jumped through hoops to obtain a new wheel and two new matching tires that will be swapped out shortly. I have no complaints with dealer but was frustrated by the bottleneck at the port, selection of transporter, and Audi corporate's failure to adequately fill the spare parts supply chain. More
