I brought my car in because the windshield wipers turn on and off by themselves and sometimes don't turn on when I need them. I had taken it to other shops however they did not feel they had the expertise to and off by themselves and sometimes don't turn on when I need them. I had taken it to other shops however they did not feel they had the expertise to fix it so I figured I would take it to the place who makes the car. When I brought the car in the first time the technician said I needed new windshield wiper motors. Overall with diagnosis and repairs I paid just over $900 dollars. About three weeks later the car started to have the same problem. When I returned it to the dealer they now stated there was a different problem that their diagnostic tool was leading them to and the new repairs would cost about $500. I told the dealership I did not have any more money to throw at the problem and it should have been fixed the first time. They refused to fix the car and I refused to pay any more money to solve the same problem. I have two small children and this is a safety hazard as I have been caught in a downpour and my windshield wipers would not turn on. It is disgraceful that they would let me walk out of there with an unsafe vehicle and $900 dollars in their pocket. More

I would recommend Washington Ford to anyone. They made our buying experience very easy. We came from out of state to buy our truck and they already had everything ready when we got there. We only spent 30 minutes at the dealership and were back on the road to home. Even with challenged credit they made the deal happen very quickly. Thank you so much!!! A++++ More
