Brought my truck in for the transmission slamming and they couldn’t figure out the issue and let me hang with no word on what’s going on and then the day I actually need to my truck (2 weeks later) they they couldn’t figure out the issue and let me hang with no word on what’s going on and then the day I actually need to my truck (2 weeks later) they finally decided to get a transmission tech out after I had already paid how much for a rental. And then you guys charged me to basically tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong. Idk if you guys need more or better mechanics but holy crap. More

Started texting with Tommy and explained what I was looking for and what my expectations were so that neither of us waisted each other’s time. He assured me that he’d be able to get what I wanted or re looking for and what my expectations were so that neither of us waisted each other’s time. He assured me that he’d be able to get what I wanted or real close. So when I arrived a couple days later he had the truck pulled up and ready, all the information ready so after I confirmed I wanted to move forward it was a breeze. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted number wise but very close just like he said. There were no surprises or any form of pushiness. From start to finish that day was roughly 3.5 hours and I was heading off in my new truck. The process was easy and very upfront. I will definitely recommend Walser to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
