Salesman Cory was great best I've had. Made me feel comfortable. Didn't rush me in any way and was very easy going. Dealership itself is not, I understand selling a used car as is but when you price the used car at top Dollar almost $14k and claim that it's in excellent condition when the car clearly wasn't had to be sent back to recon and then to get it back with other problems and to not resync the second key and inform me I would have to pay to have it resynced is poor on this dealership. If you're going to sell used cars at top Dollar, make sure that the cars don't have anything wrong with them or Make their issues very known to the customer! I appreciate the car being sent back to recon to have the dents removed to receive the car back with the memory seat function not working, when it was working before and then being told that that's something that they might not fix is unacceptable, especially when I didn't have the car that I bought for almost a month.. not to mention that it didn't even get offered a shuttle to come and get my vehicle when it was back. I will not be doing business with this dealership again ever. More

Took a bit l Even though he was a newer sales person, he was not pushy and sought out answers to any questions he was not able to respond to himself. Took a bit longer than we'd hope to close everything, but that was supposedly due to a new system the dealership put in place recently. Really appreciate how clean the vehicles that were on the lot were. We've been to other dealerships where used vehicles were literally "As Is." Walser Auto is definitely in our short list for purchasing vehicles from now on. More

I needed a new key FOB for my Yukon, after the overinflated cost of the FOB and service, Walter charged me for "service fees" which cover the fluids, car wash, etc., but the service department did overinflated cost of the FOB and service, Walter charged me for "service fees" which cover the fluids, car wash, etc., but the service department didn't provide any of that service on my vehicle. While the key works (as expected), I shouldn't have to pay $500 (plus $35 in service fees) for a new key for my vehicle. I did share my feedback with the service advisor upon completion of my service and mentioned that it felt like tipping for carryout service. More
