I recently purchased a used pre-certified Silverado from Elkins . I walked in at 9 am just as dealership opened and was greeted by Jeff Schor , a salesman. ( he was a man so I say man) He was welcoming from Elkins . I walked in at 9 am just as dealership opened and was greeted by Jeff Schor , a salesman. ( he was a man so I say man) He was welcoming from the start. As we walked the lot he was easy to like . I was searching for a truck and have been to all the dealers in a 50 mile radius and Jeff was the easiest guy to talk to in all my experiences . We were able to work numbers and I drove the truck off the lot. From sales to Bob in finance and Adam the boss it was an overall great experience and I look forward to the next purchase . Phil More

The buying experience was excellent at Elkins I wanted to replace my car that was totaled and even though I traveled over an hour to get to the dealership I was extremely happy with the process, no hidden ch replace my car that was totaled and even though I traveled over an hour to get to the dealership I was extremely happy with the process, no hidden charges or fees as with other car dealerships and everyone I dealt with was very accommodating which made the whole process quick and easy. I had a great experience purchasing my new family vehicle at Elkins Chevy with Jeff! I had my eyes set on a Chevy Traverse and the one available was too expensive. Jeff went above and beyond and found one cu at Elkins Chevy with Jeff! I had my eyes set on a Chevy Traverse and the one available was too expensive. Jeff went above and beyond and found one currently being used as a rental that had under 500 miles on it that was in my price range. I am an extremely happy customer and would recommend Jeff and Elkins to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! He cared enough to help me and my family in any way he could instead of just trying to make a sale! True customer service! Thanks again Jeff! More
