Let's start with Jeff Schor (our salesman) when we entered his office we were greeted with a very warm & friendly welcome. Jeff answered all my questions (and I had plenty). He wanted to make sure this was truly the right car for me. Elkins is in business to sell cars, but their first objective is customer service, which went beyond all exceptions. Andrew Alcott helped navigate a glitch with bank financing (and got me a better rate than what I had been pre-approved for) and Bob Borman put the finishing touches on the paperwork.
