My overall experience was phenomenal and will definitely be my dealership of choice in the future. The only reason I didn't rate it very good across the board was because my initial visit was to test drive be my dealership of choice in the future. The only reason I didn't rate it very good across the board was because my initial visit was to test drive the vehicle I ended up purchasing, however I drove almost 40 miles to test drive the vehicle only to arrive and find out the vehicle could not be found and I was not able to test drive it. However, I was contacted the following business day that the vehicle had been located and that there had been a mix-up. I came back that night and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Amanda Greenwaldt was a great help during the process and made me extremely comfortable during such an important decision and investment and I am very glad that I got the chance to work with her. She has been a great help after my purchase as well with some questions that I had regarding my warranties. Jeff Seibert helped me with my financing and worked diligently with the banks to find me a price and payment schedule that worked well within my budget and I couldn't be more grateful for that. Both Jeff and Amanda made my first vehicle purchase an absolute blast and they made it easy for me to recommend Ryan Auto Mall to everyone I know, and I know where I will be going for my next vehicle purchase!! Jeff Seibert went above and beyond my expectations, he was helpful and informative. I had an issue with my vehicle that wasn't under warranty, Ryan Auto fixed the problem without charging me a penny. My husband and I had been looking for just the right truck for about six weeks when we met Jeff Seibert. He was the only salesperson who brought the current new truck discounts to our attention. This swayed us from our used vehicle search to the purchase of an awesome NEW truck for only a few thousand dollars more than used!!! We offered another dealership whom we had worked with the opportunity to get the truck we wanted for the same money...they were $1600 more than the price Ryan sold it to us for! Great experience! Went into Ryan's knowing what I wanted, but Jeff and the other employees made my trip there very easy. They price their cars very well and give you a very reasonable value for your trade-in but Jeff and the other employees made my trip there very easy. Jeff was very good about showing me all the extra features that went along with my Jeep Wrangler and was honest/ admitted that I probably knew more about the car then he did (Which is great because I would prefer honesty then trying to make up some stuff to sell the car). He never pushed me into actually buying the car or gave me some bull crap sales pitch like some dealers try. The only reason I did not give all 5's was because I wasn't particularly happy with my financing options. Overall though great people at the dealership, very friendly and helpful. More
