Takes too long for an oll change. I took my Telluride in for the 1st oil change & it took almost 2 hours. I asked if they checked for any recalls and they said there were no open recal I took my Telluride in for the 1st oil change & it took almost 2 hours. I asked if they checked for any recalls and they said there were no open recalls on it. Got home & there was a letter in the mailbox from Kia for a recall regarding the seatbelts. More

Service write great to deal with but the experience lacks My appointment was for 10:00 am for an oil change. I watched as my car was finally pulled into the service bay at 10:40 am. For an oil change it took My appointment was for 10:00 am for an oil change. I watched as my car was finally pulled into the service bay at 10:40 am. For an oil change it took 40 minutes. Finally when to get in the long line at the wash bay. Not sure if it was really washed. There were as many bugs on it when I got as was when I got there. The service used to be great. I stopped going there a few months ago because of the ridiculous waste of time. I was in a hurry so I gave them one more try. NEVER AGAIN. More
