Davis took the customer care to the next level when *he pointed out a few minor blemishes in my seats and window trim, that given it was a used car I would have just accepted and left with the vehicle as is. Instead, Davis insisted he have the trim replaced and the seats shampooed until the issues were fully alleviated prior to me leaving the lot. My family and I could not be more thankfully for this car buying experience, our new used family vehicle and our salesperson, Davis! More

worst experience ever When you bring your vehicle in for service you don't expect it to be physically damaged. Well it did, not once but twice and on opposite sides of th When you bring your vehicle in for service you don't expect it to be physically damaged. Well it did, not once but twice and on opposite sides of the vehicle. To get the damaged repaired was an on going fight. end result, left with horrible paint job that is very noticeable. They also repaired my sunroof and replaced entire glass roof. Breaking windshield in process. The roof repair seemed off so had it checked out by another kia dealership and to my surprise there is hardware missing. They had my vehicle almost 6months, and after their 4th attempts on returning my vehicle to me I had enough and just accepted the horrible body work that was done, as well as the sunroof which is not aligned. More
