My best experience buying a new car I was at Regal's Kia dealership in Lakeland this past Friday to fix one of my old Sportage's tires and my wife said let's go and see how are the new o I was at Regal's Kia dealership in Lakeland this past Friday to fix one of my old Sportage's tires and my wife said let's go and see how are the new ones. And Greg came to us very friendly and professional and showed us one of the new ones and my wife love it. About two or three hours later, we drove out of the dealership with a brand new Kia Sportage. My Wife is so happy. Thank you Greg. You are the best. God bless you and your company. More

The vehicle has been excellent and the Regal Kia service department is the best that I have ever dealt with. I never took my 2011 Sorento to any other shop for servicing, as the customer obviously comes first to all personnel. In fact, the excellent service is one of the primary reasons that I went directly back to Regal to purchase a 2017 Kia Sorento. I researched invoice costs and other data and found Regal to be very reasonable and there was no pressure at all from Ms. Baker, who was the sales person. She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Regal Kia and Regal Honda based upon my experience with each. More

My new Forte! I'm very happy with my new Kia Forte. Every one is very friendly. Superior Service I purchased by first Kia from Regal Automotive because of the great deal we got on the car. However, I purchased my next 3 Kia's from Regal Automotive because of the great service I received on every one of them. When dealing with Greg Schmidt, I have never felt pressured to buy a car but always felt comfortable in the fact that my needs were being addressed, which made the purchasing process a breeze. My service advisors, Jeff Soloj and Glenn Rusin, have made me feel as if we owned this car together. They have provided excellent customer service and have made any technical answers easy to understand. I recommend Regal Automotive to anyone talking about purchasing a new car. This dealership is outstanding. I may not know what car I will be driving in the future but I know what dealership I will purchase it from, Regal Automotive. More

Buying/Leasing a Kia Soul The Sales person was very helpful. However, he should be empowered to make decisions/negotiations without going back and forth to management. An appointed date was set for me to pick up the car as I would be out of town. I requested that all paperwork and the car be ready at that appointed date, but I still had to wait over 2 hours. Additionally, because of the delay and a problem with loading software on my I-phone, I had to set another appointment to return to complete/finish instructions on the operations of the car (GPS, Bluetooth, Radio, etc.). More
