Great Experience. Glad I bought my KIA I purchased my KIA Rio in December and I have to say, the main reason was my salesman, Sam Rager. He gave me his cell number and is always available w I purchased my KIA Rio in December and I have to say, the main reason was my salesman, Sam Rager. He gave me his cell number and is always available when I have questions. Last week a light came on that indicated low tire pressure. I called Sam and he told me to bring it in to the Service Dept. I did and was helped right away by Jeff. He checked the tires and they were low. They corrected the problem and within a short time I was through. While there I chatted with Sam and Jeff brought me my keys to Sam's office. He shook my hand and explained everything. Another salesman came into the office and introduced himself. Before I located Sam when I arrived yet another salesman asked if he could help and answered a couple of my questions. My experience has been wonderful to date and I am sure will continue to be in the future! More

Greg Schmidt is Absolutely Fantastic!! Greg is, without a doubt, the BEST car salesman I have EVER dealt with in my many years of buying/ trading cars!! I hope he never goes anywhere...cau Greg is, without a doubt, the BEST car salesman I have EVER dealt with in my many years of buying/ trading cars!! I hope he never goes anywhere...cause I'll surely have to follow him!! He was extremely knowledgable of the KIA autos and helped me finalize my decision to purchase my 1st KIA (SOUL+) ...and he got me a SUPERB price, which my credit mgr (Jon Guy) noted was VERY GOOD also! Greg continues to be a super nice person to work with, even 6 months down the road as I'm in for my 1st Maintenance service visit!! I don't think Greg will ever be otherwise, because he is honest & sincere, and really does care about his customers and wants to do right by them ALL! (ps: why is Greg's name not under Sales team??) Also, Regal Lakeland dealership in general seems to be the best auto dealership going in the STATE...in my opinion! All of the staff in the WONDERFUL KIA showroom (Sales, Finance, Service & Parts) are simply outstanding and very caring people! BUT...My Salesman -GREG- TOPS them all!! I WILL BE REFERRING FAMILY & FRIENDS TO HIM AS OFTEN AS I CAN, and to the Dealership! Keep up the good work! THANKS AGAIN GREG SCHMIDT & REGAL :-)!! I LOVE MY 'SOUL+' !! More
