Went for a washer pump Jeff Sparks was my Service Manager. I asked him if I could wait as I had a Chemotherapy pump on. They soon realized it would take some time to get the warranty work approved so they put me in a rental. I received daily updates from Jeff for the time they had the truck. Most dealerships I have dealt with would not have never put that extra effort in. I have the truck back and everything is great. Without a doubt, I'll continue to bring the vehicle back to Bozard for service. More
