I made an appointment and still had to wait just under hours for an oil change. I live very close by and was promised a ride home which never came. The mechanic was nice. Waste of time I arrived at my appointment time of 7am. The first appointment of the day. But I was told that people were there before me and I would wait for them t I arrived at my appointment time of 7am. The first appointment of the day. But I was told that people were there before me and I would wait for them to be serviced first. NO, if I am the first appointment mine should be the first car worked on. It does not take 2 hours the change the oil and rotate the tires. Not to mention, the tires were not checked as the pressure was low. Not even sure the were rotated. Over service was extremely slow. I will not do that again at this dealer. More
