During my wait all my questions were answered quickly by management. As soon as my car arrived I got pictures of it right off the trailer and was told mine was put first to be inspected and detailed. When I finally came into the showroom I told my salesman Jared I had some new decals to put on the car and how much it would cost. We went to the body shop and I was told they would do it free of charge. The sales process was fast, friendly and honest. Everyone I spoke to (Jared, Chase, Wes, Jeff and Derek) always had a smile on there face and complemented me on my purchase. I've bought cars here before and I definitely feel like family. More

First New Car in 17 Years I was looking to replace my beloved 2000 Lincoln and by chance looked on the Carriage Ford Used Car site and saw they had a few models that I might be I was looking to replace my beloved 2000 Lincoln and by chance looked on the Carriage Ford Used Car site and saw they had a few models that I might be interested in. On a Saturday afternoon my husband and I drove in to have a look around. I explained to Zach, my salesman, what I wanted to replace and what I was looking for; third row seating with lots of creature comforts that I had become accustomed to having on my Lincoln. I was interested in either an Expedition or Flex. Zach was patient with me, moving from car to car, answering my questions. He added some humor to my day and my search, as well as excellent customer service. By the end of a few hours I had settled on a Flex. Everyone in management and sales were very accommodating and could answer any question I threw at them. It was a joy working with the staff at Carriage Ford. More
