The Criswell Service Team is top notch! I've had two Ram 1500's serviced at Criswell and they're consistently thorough, friendly, and available when I need them. Bree was friendly polite, & professional and Marco was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. These two are such an asset to this dealership and is one of the reasons I have purchase extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. These two are such an asset to this dealership and is one of the reasons I have purchased 5 vehicles from there personally in the last two years. The managers there are great and Jeff is the best general manager I’ve ever dealt with. I tell everyone I know that asks about buying vehicles to go there first. You won’t need to go anywhere else. Plus the facility is always clean and bright. It’s just a happy place. I love it there. More

Made the appointment on line. Waited an hour and 15 mins for Def fluid . The waiting room was cold feeling. No warmth. Very uncomfortable.
