We noticed an oil leak the morning after purchase and took it back to Criswell. The Manager, Mothana was immediate to assess the issue and took it to the shop where Shannon is the manager. Mothana assured me that there would not be a charge to us for the repair and there wasn’t. I spoke with Shannon of my concern after the repair. She had the vehicle on the lift and showed me that it truly had been repaired. She sent her tech to the home of our friend where oil leaked on their asphalt for them to clean it up.
