My daughter was in the market for the 2021 GLA 250 so we started researching & came across RBM. We are huge on reviews & RBM has excellent reviews so we decided to go in for a visit. We were assigned to Jeff Twiggs & from the moment we met him he provided us with the utmost in stellar customer service. He was very knowledgeable & professional, but still very personable & easy to talk to. The car buying experience can be stressful, but Jeff made it seamless which meant so much to me because this was my daughter's first time purchasing her own vehicle. Ramona was also amazing in walking my daughter through the finance process & getting all of the documents completed expeditiously. I love the fact that most of the paperwork was signed electronically & saved on a flash drive. Elisabeth was amazing at explaining the features of the vehicle & assisted my daughter in customizing her settings. I would highly recommend RBM and I can 100% confirm that the excellent reviews are well deserved. More
