I wish I could give RBM of Alpharetta 10 stars. If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned car, this dealership and the folks I came in contact with are highly recommended! Two days ago (Saturday), I went to RBM of Atlanta and was extremely dissapointed. I went to both new and pre-owned locations and was pretty much in awe of the lack of customer service provided. Of all the oddities, the experience that stuck out to me most was at the pre-owned location. I was in the process of taking the car for a test drive, had my seat belt buckled, in the middle of adjusting my seat and side-mirrors, and was told I had to get out of the car now because the couple right outside decided to purchase it. Who does that??? On whim, I decided to check out RBM of Alpharetta. I could not let the experience I had with RBM of Atlanta be the end of my Mercedes journey. My Saturday COULD NOT end in such a manner. I got to RBM of Alpharetta ~3:30 pm and noticed it was pretty darn busy. So, rather than starting at the front desk, I decided to look at what was on the lot. After finding a car I was interested in, I went inside and was immediately greeted at the front desk. I was told all the sales specialists were occupied, but to just sit tight for a little while. Jeff Twiggs greeted me within 5 or so minutes. I believe he was in the middle of a transaction and had the opportunity to briefly step away from his other customer. For him to make his quick intro, to let me know he was helping someone else, but would help me as soon as he could, was an awesome start. Jeff's service from the initial greet, test drive, facilitating the trade-in evaluation, handoff to Finance (Lisa Brennan), delivery (Raegan included), was flat-out... impeccable. I hope he continues to work in this industry for a very long time as I plan on going to him for my future purchases (I seem to have the itch to purchase a new car every 3 or so years...hah). No other sales specialist has made this type of impression so before this, I did not have a go-to person or "loyalty" to anyone in sales. Side note: I have to give Lisa a shoutout as well. Normally, working with the Finance Director is no fun for me. I told Lisa upfront what I was interested in and she did not waste either of our times going through this, that and the other. She also shared some valauble advice with me on a subject, which no other Finance Director has ever brought to my attention. In conclusion, I believe everyone deserves to have a similar experience as I did. RBM of Alpharetta (esp. Jeff) far exceeded my expectations and truly has a top-tier staff. More

Jeff was meticulous in providing great insights to our different options in the G SUV category. We went in looking for a new 22-23 GLB, walked out with a 22 GLC for about $1k more based on the no pressu different options in the G SUV category. Jeff was by far the most knowledgable representative I have ever dealt with in buying a car. There are a lot of different models and options and Jeff seemed to be really up on all, he was able to answer our questions and really new the cars. Both he and all the others we dealt with (finance, customer service, etc.) at RBM of Atlanta were excellent. I never felt pressured and they respected my time and paid attention to what we wanted in a car. The review of the car features and assistance learning about the technology of the car right after we completed the purchase was also great. Definitely the best, least stressful car purchase I've ever made. More

I appreciated her offering the add on options, but not doing the “hard sell” tactic. (hope that does not get you into trouble :)).
