Honest and friendly dealership I live in the Detroit area. I sold my old 1998 Buick and was going to use the money as a down payment to lease a new 2018 Honda Civic Si 4 door. The d I live in the Detroit area. I sold my old 1998 Buick and was going to use the money as a down payment to lease a new 2018 Honda Civic Si 4 door. The day after I sold my Buick, I had an appointment scheduled to see/drive/lease the ONLY 4 foor Si available in Michigan (which happened to be located 10 miles from my house.) I was so excited! It wasnt until after I arrived at the dealership that I was told someone had put a deposit on it the night before and it was SOLD! I was so disappointed... and without a car. The dealership spent 3 days trying to find me a replacement with no luck. I decided to take matters into my own hands and located a vehicle in OH, 4 hours away at Roush Honda. I called and spoke with Jeff Ward who immediately went to work securing the car for me and setting up my deal. He arranged everything over the phone. I rented a car and drove down there 4 days later to sign papers. The car was waiting for me when I got there, all cleaned up and ready to go. It was a completely hassle free experience. I was at the dealership for about 1 hour, and drove away with my new car... which is AMAZING, btw. I couldnt be happier and I would recommend Roush Honda and Jeff Ward to anyone looking for a car. Excellent place to buy a car I can’t thank this dealership enough. I had a 2016 Hyundai that was literally falling apart due to a previous dealer lying to me about my Hyundai had I can’t thank this dealership enough. I had a 2016 Hyundai that was literally falling apart due to a previous dealer lying to me about my Hyundai had never been in an accident. I ended up buying a new Honda Accord from Roush. They even gave me a loaner while they were searching for my perfect car. And a special mention to Diane who never gave up and found me my car!! Thanks!!
