Jeff Ward listened to our needs and wants, showed us a couple of options and then got excited with us when we decided to actually make a purchase. We chose the car over the SUV, which was a cheaper option and he celebrated with us! At no point did we feel pressured to lean one way or another or to add more options than we needed. We are amazed at what we’re able to own, for the price and value of the car. This was a very easy and rewarding experience. I can definitely see Roush Honda being a place where we purchase future family vehicles. More

Living in Kentucky there are several dealerships that didn't seem to stock the particular vehicle in the color and style we were seeking. After searching and calling nearly every dealership in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky we finally found the vehicle at Roush Honda. Jeff Ward was the member of the sales team that took my call and was very kind and professional from our first interaction. We were able to come to an agreement over the phone and my wife and I planned a trip to the dealership over three hours away to pick up and purchase the automobile. This experience was flawless. The team was welcoming and had everything ready to complete upon our arrival. They took time to make sure that we were 100% satisfied, answered all of our questions, made sure the vehicle was in perfect condition.
