Like I was a VIP Empire Hyundai of Fall River-This was the first car buying experience that I have ever enjoyed! My entire experience with Empire was really great. I Empire Hyundai of Fall River-This was the first car buying experience that I have ever enjoyed! My entire experience with Empire was really great. I was very impressed at how welcoming everyone was without pressuring me to buy something. The salesperson, Steve, was very well informed about the car and answered the many questions I had. Both he and the Manager, Johnathan patiently waited for me to run next door to a specialty store before the store closed (it was a Sunday) and when I returned, were able to pick up right where we left off. In addition, I had never thought of leasing and they were able to show me this option as well as purchasing. The finance representative, Duarte carefully explained leasing details and even suggested a wonderful restaurant in the area to try before going home! I was also impressed with how I was able to speak with the manager, Johnathan, for more than just a few minutes and that he was part of the sale and worked with me on pricing. I had left another Hyundai dealership on the Cape because I had a negative experience there. I am very happy to have traveled to Empire of Fall River for this purchase and the car is beautiful! I felt like I was a VIP and part of a big family, also that my visit was important to them whether or not I purchased a car from them...I returned for my 1K miles check and was treated very nicely by Amanda...I look forward to my oil changes! More

Good experience 3rd time buying a car here. Sale staff is knowledgable of the cars. Service management/techs are friendly and helpful. We now have 2 new Hyundai's so 3rd time buying a car here.
