I enjoy helping people and making their vehicle buying experience easy with a no pressure approach. Although I have only been in the car business for a short time, I have been in public service all of my professional career. I am a retired Law Enforcement officer from the State of North Carolina where I served for 25 years helping people. When my family and I moved to Tennessee for my wife's career, I decided retirement was not as exciting as I thought it would be. My wife suggested maybe I should sell cars after having done so well selling our 4 cars and a camper prior to moving from North Carolina. I have always enjoyed helping and meeting new people so I decided I would try my hand at car sales. I learned to drive on my Grandfather's Toyota farm truck with over 300,000 miles and I have always loved Toyota from that point on. My Grandmother told me when I was a teenager, "if you enjoy what you do for a living, you will never work a day in your life". I continue to agree!

Jeff "Deputy Dog" Williams is an excellent Sales Representative for Toyota of Cools Springs. I do not make this comment lightly. Jeff has taken time to speak with me when I had questions and was n Representative for Toyota of Cools Springs. I do not make this comment lightly. Jeff has taken time to speak with me when I had questions and was not ready to purchase on three occasions prior to this transaction. I was treated as if I had made a purchase during each of those encounters. When I was ready to make a purchase, who to do that with as one of the easiest decisions I will make in quite some time. Jeff builds relationships, and that means everything to me. I have a choice of where to spend my money and I feel great about wanting to spend it at Toyota of Cools Springs. More

I was in the market for a Ram 1500 valued at $42,450. I worked with the dealer Will. At first he seemed eager to help but then became scarce when I started working with him on a deal. Kept saying he was I worked with the dealer Will. At first he seemed eager to help but then became scarce when I started working with him on a deal. Kept saying he was doing everything in his power but that wasn’t the case. Him and the used car salesmen kept telling me that my Ram 2500 was only priced for $33,253. Will said that they ran the numbers through Kelly Blue Book and said I was putting the wrong zip code in. So I took picture which I’ll attach to this review that shows the median of what both trucks are valued. (The only offer I was given was 37k max for my truck and 42k minimum for their truck). I denied their offer and immediately started this review to hopefully keep people from losing out on their hard earned cash. I do hope everyone does their homework so you don’t get scammed by these two individuals and possibly more that are employees here. More
