Easiest purchase! I arrived at Luther Infiniti in Bloomington with my 4 year old in tow. Fantastic Experience and Staff Stopped in one Saturday to check out a car I saw online because I was in the area, was welcomed by Jeffrey Bruening. He introduced me to Steve Difiore Stopped in one Saturday to check out a car I saw online because I was in the area, was welcomed by Jeffrey Bruening. He introduced me to Steve Difiore who took over from there for the test drive. Steve was incredibly knowledgable and didn't try to over sell the car to me which I appreciated. The entire team was very kind and allowed me to purchase the car on Monday as I wasn't prepared to purchase that day. Steve was ready to go when I arrived and we walked through all the details of the car. As I said he was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I was then passed off to Sheryl DeBruzzi to finish up paper work and loan information. Very kind, thorough, and made it so easy to get everything finalized. I can not say enough about the costumer service this team provided. They were all so wonderful. Steve even took the time to check in every few days to make sure everything was above and beyond expectations. In addition, I traded in my old vehicle and was offered exactly what I had researched on KBB.com the car would be worth. No tricks or tactics here. I look forward to continue to work with Infiniti of Bloomington to keep my car as pristine as the day I bought it. More

Good experience I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealership that did not pressure me to make a decision. My salesman Dave did a great job in giving me options fr I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealership that did not pressure me to make a decision. My salesman Dave did a great job in giving me options from new to used vehicles. I was able to test drive as many as I wanted and make my own decision on which vehicle would work best for me. From my salesman Dave, to the finance staff, to the general manager, I felt I was treated fairly. They worked to get me into the car I wanted for the best possible price. I was able to tour the facility and meet my service manager. I was able to talk with one of the mechanics who stayed late to help with a few questions and to make sure my car was ready for delivery. All things considered I had a very good experience! More
