QX50 - Second Car Purchase from Luther-Infiniti My first car purchase from them was in late 2006 - A new G35X (still with me, still going strong at 178,000 miles) and my second car purchase was a ne My first car purchase from them was in late 2006 - A new G35X (still with me, still going strong at 178,000 miles) and my second car purchase was a new QX50-2017. A lot has changed since 2006 including a brand new facility and of course, the new offerings from Infiniti. What has not changed is the continued excellence in customer service. I must have visited this dealership a couple of times every week over the last two months and not once did I feel like they were getting tired of my constant inquiries and interest changes (from cross-overs to sedans and back). I would like to highlight Nate and Jeff for working with me over the last 2 months. I came close to buying another vehicle from them this week but held off as I wanted to explore other manufacturers in the price range. Nate is a good guy - did not use the usual BS sales pitches, nor tried to pressure me into making a hasty decision. All my email inquiries were addressed within 24 hours and he was calm and respectful even after repeated inquiries. I may still buy an Infiniti for myself and if I do, it'll be from these guys - No question about it. Regards, StatsChef More

I felt taken care of and never pushed to take a vehicle and deal I didn't want. They returned calls promptly and made sure I was in the loop on what was happening. The finance guy, Brad, was a bit pushy on selling possible add ons but I guess that's his job. Still not as pleasant as the other folks. If you're in the Twin Cities area, this is the dealership to use. More

new car day.... Always takes hours to buy a new vehicle. Our sales consultant, Dave Mrozek was extremely helpful. We let him know we were interested in a Q70L or a Always takes hours to buy a new vehicle. Our sales consultant, Dave Mrozek was extremely helpful. We let him know we were interested in a Q70L or a Q60 and needed to learn more about each vehicle, drive both and then make our decision, He accommodated us in locating both models for us to test drive and explained all of the features of each during the drive. We narrowed it down to the Q60 and then he found the color choices we wanted with the options we needed within a few minutes, had the vehicle ready for us to see and made the decision process pleasant and quick for us. Dave did a great job assisting us and is very knowledgeable of the Infiniti's! The facility is top notch and has a nice customer lounge to relax in while waiting for the purchase process. Sales manager Jeff Bruening was very professional and checked in with us several times during our time at the dealership. Overall great experience; was a busy Saturday so somewhat delayed but the place was very busy!! More

Luther Infiniti Of Bloomington doesn’t just stand out as one of the top dealerships I have ever worked with, but they are truly the best. Craig and Dave are the sales guys I work with. They are knowledgeable and kind, go the extra mile to ensure their customers understand the vehicle being purchased and their delivery process is flawless. The seats are adjusted properly, phone Bluetooth paired and the radio is set to your preferences. The sales managers are genuinely awesome and the deal is fair. I also have my personal vehicle serviced at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. Lance and Justin manage my car’s maintenance and I’m greeted with a smile every time. The fridge is stocked with soda’s and there are snacks for the customers while we wait. I have high expectations and they are exceeded every time. I highly recommend Infiniti of Bloomington to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or needing to have theirs serviced. They are fair, kind and make the process fun and enjoyable. Excellent Service My wife and I just finished trading in my 2011 Infiniti G37Xs and her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2017 Infiniti Q50 and 2018 Infiniti Q60. We work My wife and I just finished trading in my 2011 Infiniti G37Xs and her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2017 Infiniti Q50 and 2018 Infiniti Q60. We worked with Steve from start to finish and to say he was excellent would be an understatement. I originally reached out to Steve and told him what we were looking for. We stopped by later that day and he had the vehicles we wanted to test drive cleaned up and waiting for us - which was very important as we have an 18 month old daughter who was with us. During our test drives, our daughter was able to eat snacks and walk around the showroom. Steve answered every question we had and never once tried to pressure us into buying something else. After our test drives, we crunched numbers, valued our trades ins, and worked everything out. It was straightforward, honest, and a pleasure to deal with him. As we were test driving late in the day on Saturday, we scheduled our pick-up for the following Monday. When we came to the dealership, Steve walked us through our new vehicles, answered every question we had, and got us on our way. I would highly recommend Steve - he was knowledgeable, honest, a pleasure to work with, and made the whole experience comfortable! More
