We bought our 2019 RAV4 in April of 2020 and we came back in April of 2021 because of the customer service we received from Jack during the car buying process. Jack has been such a great help and listened to in April of 2021 because of the customer service we received from Jack during the car buying process. When we bring our car in the be serviced everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I've been looking for a car for months. Been to two other dealers that literally made my stomach turn with fibs and fees but then I found Wesley chapel Toyota! Chris Joseph was really great to meet and work with and he made me very confident about the car and financing, which I believe is rare. If I had to describe the Wesley Chapel Team in just a If I had to describe the Wesley Chapel Team in just a few words I would start with "patient" progress to creative and move on to informative. My son needed to replace his current vehicle with one that would make it across the country carrying his German Shepard, two motorcycles and anything else he didn't want the Army to transfer for him. We presented the Wesley Chapel Team with a limited budget, a ridiculous time frame (deploying soon) and the added worry of shipping the vehicle over 3,000 miles to where he is stationed. The Wesley Chapel team really did prove customer satisfaction is a standard. There was no long wait between issues that kept cropping up. They had solutions we could live with. When my son boarded his flight back to base he was the proud owner of a 2021 Tacoma Truck that would soon be delivered to his front door! Thank You Wesley Chapel Toyota! Let me just say Wesley chapel Toyota is the greatest dealership I have been to by far I am 41 and have bought a lot of cars from many dealerships most have been nothing but a waste of time and a headach dealership I have been to by far I am 41 and have bought a lot of cars from many dealerships most have been nothing but a waste of time and a headache. The 2 days before coming here I had been to 5 different dealers and just when I thought all hope was lost and to be honest my credit was far less then perfect they got the job done and took a chance on an individual that was just down on his luck.
