Worth the ride ! We drove an hour and ten minutes to get to Thurmont, MD. It was a beautiful fall evening. The leaves where changing and even at 4:30 pm traffic was not bad. All the staff was pleasant. They had washed and detailed car we wanted to see before we got there and had it sitting out front.. No walking around isle's of cars to veiw the one we wanted. He let us test drive the vehicle on our own.. .We made a resonable offer on the new car and our trade, and only were a little apart..after 1 trip to managers office ( back room bargaining ) He accepted our offer and we agreed to purchase the vehicle we drove so far to look at There was no dirty lies, no insults. The whole experience was a pleasant banter. * This was very refreshing. He didn't insult us, lie to us..No usual salesman bull#$_"He even noticed that there was a soft ware update recall on the vehicle and had it taken care of before we left ( service was closed ) so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back... ..Our salesman and the others there offered us drinks and Halloween candy while we waited on paperwork. While we were with the finance man signing final papers our salesman pulled the cars together out front, programed our favorite radio stations into new car, put tags on. Then helped move all the junk in our trunk to new car... programed our phone into vehicle.. More
