Service Center person Jeff greeted me (from behind the see through partition) and notified service department I had arrived for my appointment. I was told I could wait in the waiting room or sit outside if I'd like. I chose to go outside due to Covid 19 to maintain distance from others. I was offered to have a free car wash but chose not to as my husband prefers to wash our car himself. When my car was done, I did have a few questions regarding some of my cars features and he was very nice to answer any questions I had. More
