Jeffrey Marcus has been my "go to" sales associate for the last two of my 4 Toyotas. No one is more helpful than he is in explaining all the details and features of the cars I considered. He associate for the last two of my 4 Toyotas. No one is more helpful than he is in explaining all the details and features of the cars I considered. He is a true master of these automobiles. In addition, he made the purchase process stress-free and straightforward. I would certainly recommend him to any other customer. Derek handled the finances in the same manner. He was efficient, friendly and well-organized. My special thanks to Dan as well for his help every time I've been to the dealership. This is a great place to purchase a car. More

I gave this rating because leasing my new Highlander could not have been easier. I received the vehicle I wanted, the financing I wanted and everyone I dealt with could not have been nicer. Everyone was very friendly & helpful-even before coming into the showroom (when I made an appointment). We did not feel pressured into making a purchase and everything was thoroughly explained for u coming into the showroom (when I made an appointment). We were impressed with our salesman, Jeff, & the sales manager, Mike, who I remembered from when he was in the service area (by the way, I was so impressed with him then as he was more than the required courteous-but very friendly, helpful,etc). In spite of the fact there there are several Toyota dealers in the area, it was definitely my experience with the service dept that brought me back to Dayton when it was time for a new car. More

I am not a local resident to the Dayton Toyota area, I am from Orange County NY. I was traveling to Jamesburg NJ for my job on Monday, January 14, 2013 and started having car trouble while traveling the NJ from Orange County NY. I was traveling to Jamesburg NJ for my job on Monday, January 14, 2013 and started having car trouble while traveling the NJ Turnpike. Check engine light came on (had just fueled car the day before figured that was the reason). Car was losing power and felt like it would stall. I arrived to work and spoke with a coworker whose husband works at the dealership Jeffrey Marcus and he said I could bring me car over immediatley. I was very nervous driving the car, and I explained to Tom Kozak the problems that I was having and he said he was check my car out ASAP. I was notified by 11:15 what was wrong with the car and what was necessary to fix it. At 12:30 I was called that the car was finished. I greatly appreciate the assistance received from your dealership. In the event that I happen to relocate to the area on a permenant basis Dayton Toyota will be my dealership of choice for service of my 2005 Toyota Avalon. I was really happy with Dayton Toyota. Jeffrey and Omar were friendly and very accommodating. I was a bit disappointed that after a few days I had an issue with my rubber window lining popping out...
