I arrived at Dayton Toyota to service my currently leased vehicle and to discuss lease-end options, assuming that I would be buying out my current lease. Jeff was extremely helpful in walking me through dif vehicle and to discuss lease-end options, assuming that I would be buying out my current lease. Jeff was extremely helpful in walking me through different scenarios so that I could thoroughly evaluate purchasing my currently leased vehicle vs leasing a new vehicle. Ultimately it made more sense to trade in the old vehicle and lease a new one. Jeff, John and Derek were very helpful and courteous and made the entire process a pleasant experience. More

jeff marcus and Roy Hernandez and Tom sosak all most helpful.
