I am not a local resident to the Dayton Toyota area, I am from Orange County NY. I was traveling to Jamesburg NJ for my job on Monday, January 14, 2013 and started having car trouble while traveling the NJ from Orange County NY. I was traveling to Jamesburg NJ for my job on Monday, January 14, 2013 and started having car trouble while traveling the NJ Turnpike. Check engine light came on (had just fueled car the day before figured that was the reason). Car was losing power and felt like it would stall. I arrived to work and spoke with a coworker whose husband works at the dealership Jeffrey Marcus and he said I could bring me car over immediatley. I was very nervous driving the car, and I explained to Tom Kozak the problems that I was having and he said he was check my car out ASAP. I was notified by 11:15 what was wrong with the car and what was necessary to fix it. At 12:30 I was called that the car was finished. I greatly appreciate the assistance received from your dealership. In the event that I happen to relocate to the area on a permenant basis Dayton Toyota will be my dealership of choice for service of my 2005 Toyota Avalon. I was really happy with Dayton Toyota. Jeffrey and Omar were friendly and very accommodating. I was a bit disappointed that after a few days I had an issue with my rubber window lining popping out... I arrived at Dayton Toyota to service my currently leased vehicle and to discuss lease-end options, assuming that I would be buying out my current lease. Jeff was extremely helpful in walking me through dif vehicle and to discuss lease-end options, assuming that I would be buying out my current lease. Jeff was extremely helpful in walking me through different scenarios so that I could thoroughly evaluate purchasing my currently leased vehicle vs leasing a new vehicle. Ultimately it made more sense to trade in the old vehicle and lease a new one. Jeff, John and Derek were very helpful and courteous and made the entire process a pleasant experience. More
