Jeff very nice guy and helpful , he did show me different car without asking me if my credit is good, unlike 1guy when I get there day before I bought my car just to checked it out first what to buy and that car without asking me if my credit is good, unlike 1guy when I get there day before I bought my car just to checked it out first what to buy and that sales person wasn’t interested showing me cars ,asked me if my credit is good, not sure if he think I cannot afford to buy one,so I’m glad when I came back Nxt day Jeff was there early in the morning More

We loathe car buying, however our experience at Daytona Toyota was as painless as possible & we left with a beautiful new Highlander. Everyone was friendly & didn’t make us feel pressured. Michael Abrams was very patient & found out the answer to any question I had. He also went over all the car’s features before we left. Overall it was a great experience. Service Dept is extremely disorganized, I asked Andrew my service manager if a loaner would be available he said yes, I drove all the way from New Smyrna, only to be told there was no loaners available. Andrew assured me that the next day a loaner would be available, when I arrived the next day , Andrew told me no loaners were available. I asked who was the Gen Manager of the dealership, after hesitation and me insisting the Gen Managers name Andrew finally told me, (Gibby Dannehower) and I started walking from the service dept to the main building, I was stopped mid way with Andrew running behind me asking me if I would 'Give him the opportunity to make this situation right and to wait please before I went to the main building to complain" He would rent a loaner for me from Enterprise if I would wait.....After waiting for 45 mins I was finally told all arrangements were made and as soon as the Toyota courtesy driver was available, they would drive me to Enterprise to pick up the rental car...I retrieved the phone number of the driver , I called him only to be told he was en-route and would pick me up ASAP...I insisted he tell me where he was and his ETA? Only after me finally demanding he tell me, he relented and said he was in Port Orange and heading to NSB and would not be back at the dealership for at least an hour,,,I walked to the Service Manager (name I forgot) and complained, only then did he get a Toyota Employee to drive me to Enterprise to pick up the rental....I was told by Enterprise I should return the car at Toyota not Enterprise...I was called about 6 hours later to be told by Andrew "the issue with the stalling when decelerating was my Transmission and I needed a new transmission, approx cost $5,500...The total cost of the diagnostic was $120.00....The next day I took my car to Earl's transmissions in NSB,,I was informed it was not the transmissions however it was a sensor, total cost $275.00, I have had the car now and for over 4 weeks since the sensor was replaced and no issue...I will never deal with Toyota of Daytona again. More
