I purchased a 2019 Mazda3 Hatchback w/ Preferred Package from Hamilton Mazda. The vehicle was a lease return with just 16000 miles. I saw the car when it first arrived on the lot, and was not yet in any con from Hamilton Mazda. The vehicle was a lease return with just 16000 miles. I saw the car when it first arrived on the lot, and was not yet in any condition to be “presented.” The dealership sent the vehicle to their body shop, then to their service department repair shop. In order to qualify as a “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle, the car needed to pass a comprehensive multi-point inspection. At no additional cost to me, the fuel pump was replaced, two new tires were mounted, and a new battery was installed. Finally, the detailing shop did a great job in “transforming” the car since I had initially seen it, and I can honestly say that it is now basically a brand new vehicle. I wish thank everyone involved in the repair and preparation of the car prior to completing the sale.
