I have two experiences with Champion Porsche: one was not very good, second one was terrible. I relocated to Boynton Beach Florida almost two years ago. In August 2023 I brought my Porsche Macan for three very good, second one was terrible. I relocated to Boynton Beach Florida almost two years ago. In August 2023 I brought my Porsche Macan for three years of service. To my surprise when I got my car back it was in worse condition than I brought it. The message was in the display that something was wrong with the engine and I needed to contact the workshop. It took them two days to correct it. My service adviser was Jefry Rodriguez. On Feb 18 this year I was driving at 4 am from Boynton Beach to Ft. Lauderdale to run half of a marathon. It was pouring rain, and dark, and when I almost arrived, I hit some heavy object on the road. This completely ruined my two left tires and wheels. I called AAA and asked them to tow my car to Champion dealership. It was Sunday and I left my car at the dealership. On Monday Jefry Rodriguez called me and told me that the car has more damage than just tires and wheels and I need to call my insurance. I called State Farm and was waiting for Jefry to call me back. After a week of waiting I messaged Jefry to find out when my car would be ready. Jefry did not respond to me. I called Jefry. He was furious and told me that the car had a problem with the suspension or steering wheel insurance disagreed with him and repair of this car should cost me $22,000. Then later in a minute after conversation, Jefry told me that repair should cost me $15,000. All these made me very suspicious and I decided to tow my car to the State Farm shop for repair. State Farm shop repaired my car and it cost less than $4,000. Thanks to Jefry Rodriguez, I get my car back in 50 days after the accident. Based on this bad experience, I do not think that Champion Porsche should be awarded status number one. I think such a kind of deception does not fit the dealership with status number one. I think that Jefry Rodriguez should be dismissed from his duty as service adviser. I will never step on this dealership again. More
